The staff were really friendly and polite. Our room was the Riverview spa suite, it had beautiful views and the bathroom had ample room to sit and enjoy the spa with a glass of wine. The breakfast in morning had a large selection of hot and cold and sweets just about every breakfast item there is. The pool area was lovely, unfortunately the weather was not suitable for a swim.

Pros: Thank you for the early check-in, attentive staff, and clean rooms. Overall, the hotel was exceptionally well-maintained, and the rooms were spacious. Beverage/Food was delicious. Cons: Improvements are needed in the pool's cleanliness, additional gym equipment, or a larger gym area. The patterned walls, floors, and furniture seemed outdated. Additionally, having a water dispenser on each hotel level would be beneficial. Charging guests for water during their stay, especially in summer, is less than ideal.

My recent stay at View Brisbane exceeded every expectation I had. From the moment I arrived, I was embraced by an atmosphere of genuine hospitality and comfort. First and foremost, the location couldn't have been better—absolutely perfect for my needs. The room I stayed in was not just great; it was an absolute gem with its breathtaking view of the river. Waking up to such a picturesque sight was the highlight of my mornings. The tasteful design and spaciousness of the room made it an inviting retreat, and the blend of vintage and modern elements was something I truly appreciated. Plates restaurant was a delightful experience! The food and beverages were delicious, and the service was impeccable. It perfectly complemented the fantastic overall impression I had of the hotel. Moreover, the early check-in, attentive staff, and the cleanliness of the rooms stood out prominently. The staff's friendliness and willingness to assist made me feel truly valued as a guest. Not to forget, the comfort of the bed and the quality of the pillows were exceptional—no more waking up with a sore neck! What really struck me was the attention to detail. It's evident that View Brisbane takes pride in the little things, from the quiet nights to the generously sized TV with mobile sharing. These small touches collectively contributed to making my stay absolutely wonderful. I have to say, this has been one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a while. I'm already looking forward to returning and wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend View Brisbane to anyone seeking a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable stay. Thank you for an incredible time—I'll definitely be back!

4.5 Stars out of 5. Very happy with this location choice. Room was great with a nice view of the river. Tried the Plates restaurant for dinner and the pork tomahawk was sensational. Just a minor setback when they forgot to refill toiletries and replace toilet paper one day but this was rectified promptly when staff were made aware of the issue. Would happily return and recommend to others.

Location of the hotel allows walks along the river, 25 mins to walk till the City Kate boat station, amazing view on Brisbane. The pool and spa were clean and I didn’t h meet much people in there. We had included breakfast in our room and it was simple and fresh (sausages, scrambled eggs, beans, cheese, boiled egg, salmon, tomatoes, assorted fruits, granola, tea, coffee, waffles, muffins and etc.). The room had enough towels, coffee and tea, additionally we got a complimentary meal as a cheesecake and Champagne as we celebrated a birthday that day. Cleaning service in the room was 8/10, furniture seems a bit tired but still well. Overall, If you are looking for modern room I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, but if you are after a simple vacation View Brisbane is your option.

We attended The View Hotel Plates Restaurant for High Tea this morning to celebrate our Sisters birthday and were absolutely delighted with our experience. Food was plentiful, beautifully presented and most importantly delicious. Two of our group are coeliac and were catered for with care and attention to preparation of their food which was equally delicious. The young lady who looked after us was very friendly polite and attentive. Thank you to all involved in making this so special for us. Highly Recommend this venue.

My stay at View Brisbane was a delight. Probably the best stay I've had in a while. My room was on the 2nd floor and the view was beautiful. The rooms are luxurious and intuitively designed. It has a vintage yet modern feel to it that I specifically love. This is very specific, but in my past stays at other places, the floor mat always ends up being entirely drenched after a shower. This is the first hotel I've stayed at where I didn't have this issue. I can finally dry my feet 🤣 Another thing I loved was the beds, so comfortable. And the pillows are so good (it doesn't deform and hurt your neck mid sleep). There's so much more but I am just an appreciator of little things and View Brisbane definitely ticked all my boxes. I will definitely come back again!!
